Born in Ontario, Canada to their Italian born parents, Guy and Michael Rubino grew up in a traditional European environment in which there was a great love for food, wine and family cooking. Eight years later, Guy and Michael was ready to make their mark in Toronto. They went on to open Zoom Caffe and Bar and Rain, the ultra hip restaurant that has received the coveted four-star-ratings for its extraordinary cuisine.
