Golden Peony, a multiple award-winning Chinese restaurant, is located on level three of Conrad Centennial Singapore. Furnished in golden pinewood, this popular restaurant exudes a sophisticated aura through the use of exquisite teak screens and porcelain displays of Chinese mythology. From the interior decor to the table settings, this restaurant evokes a picturesque of elegance and serenity.
Diners can look forward to enjoy an array of innovative culinary creations prepared by Singapore’s celebrity Chef Ku Keung and his team, featuring delicious dim sum selections and impressive signature dishes from the a la carte menu. All dishes are uniquely cooked and complemented by special ingredients, including imported spices and herbs from the diverse regions of China.
Some of the dim sum specialities include Steamed Beancurd filled with Black Tiger Prawn Mousse topped with Scallop and Crab Meat Sauce as well as Baked Barbeque Pork Pastry
Signature a la carte dishes include Roast ‘London’ Duck with Parma Ham, Pineapple and Crispy Beancurd Skin Roll in Homemade Pancake accompanied with Sliced Roast ‘London’ Duck; New-Caledonia Obsiblue Prawn Crispy fried with Toasted Almonds stuffed with Spicy Fish Paste, Dried Shrimp and Curry Leaf Crumble; Braised ‘Dong Bo’ Pork Belly, and ‘Bi Feng Tang’ Crispy Half Lobster topped with Spiced Almond Flakes.
Golden Peony holds regular Epicurean Dinners, where diners are treated to a sumptuous 6-course dinner and excellent pairing wines.

Executive Chinese Chef Ku Keung heads the highly acclaimed Golden Peony. With almost 20 years of professional culinary experience, mostly with numerous international hotel chains and independent restaurants in Hong Kong, Chef Ku's credentials include Assistant Chinese Chef with the Shangri-la group in Singapore and Malaysia, Rasa Sentosa Singapore as well as the famed Legend Hotel Malaysia as an Executive Chinese Chef for eight years. He joined Conrad Centennial Singapore in 2005. Chef Ku has gain popularity as a celebrity Chef with his appearance on Singapore’s Mediacorp Channel 8 programme – Neighbourhood Chef – as a guest judge, as well as other local television programmes.
