Morsels
Morsels is a place for familiar conversation and even better food. Surrounded yet almost hidden by the lush greenery of iconic dining destination, Dempsey Hill, Morsels makes her new home rustic barnyard-style where one can find fresh herbs and an edible garden in and around the restaurant. Distressed brick walls, repurposed furniture and fixtures by Chef Petrina, including wooden tables and reupholstered seats create a cosy ambience almost instantly. The 40-seater restaurant founded and run by Chef-Owner Petrina Loh since 2013 serves wildly creative fusion dishes which are ingredient-driven, paired with a curated list of wines, sake, craft beers and house-infused cocktails to please every whim and fancy.
New to the outfit is a four-seater Chef`s Table by reservation only where chefs will showcase seasonal ingredients and exquisite wine pairings. Also new to the Dempsey restaurant are weekday lunch and weekend brunch which were not available before - the noodle bar for weekday lunch and smorrebrods for weekend brunch. Adding to the list of new introductions is complimentary tasting portion of wine with every order of small plates paired by Chef Petrina to expand this food and wine pairing experience.
