Ashino Sushi believes in the best of the best when
it comes to their ingredients. The team blends
two types of Japanese rice to be cooked in the
Hagama (iron kettle) using Mount Fuji water PARTNER RESTAURANTS
as well as fresh seafood air - flown from
Japan’s Toyosu Market and Shinkei Jimei
Shi. Chef Taku Ashino and his team produce
sushi that melts in your mouth, through
multiple methods like aging, marination,
and kobu jime (where the rice is sandwiched
in kelp). To them, the true Ashino style is
about the experience each diner has. Ashino
Sushi delivers seasonal tastes of their Omakase
Edomae sushi experience in all the counter seats.
