Chef Thomas Brimble joined The Butchers Club Deli as Head Chef in June 2015. He is classically trained
with a modernist approach to technique and presentation and has a background of over 19 years in the industry. Thomas has worked in a number of high profile and MichelinĀstarred kitchens, including most recently as Executive Chef de Cuisine at Maxims Casino Club in Kensington, London. He brings with him a fresh approach to cooking, as well as experience handling largeĀscale events. |
