Born in Denmark, but lived in Scotland for many years, Martin has been working in the whisky industry for over 25 years where he first started working in the warehouse. Today he travels the world and shares his stories and experiences at Highland Park Single Malt Whisky. In 2009, Martin also became Keeper of the Quaich; the most prestigious title in the whisky industry.
