Glenn Bowman
This is Chef Glenn’s first debut in Singapore after more than 30 years of culinary experience
under his belt. Glenn is a highly regarded Executive Chef in Australia, having won numerous
accolades around the country’s restaurants that he has worked in.

Throughout his pursuit for gastronomic excellence, he has enjoyed stints at London’s Cantina Del Ponte in early 1990s where he honed strong foundations in traditional Italian and Mediterranean cuisines andin his most recent role as Executive Chef at Amanusa Resort in Nusa Dua Bali, Glenn was also responsible for reconceptualising the culinary direction and food experience across the resort. Travels to Spain in his earlier years only reinforced his food philosophy; that is to show respect for fresh, local produce and develop definitive flavours that allow ingredients to shine. 
 
There is a saying – Don’t trust a skinny chef; but do not let Glenn’s petite frame fool you, for food prepared by his delicate handsmay appear deceptively simple but boasts bold and robust flavours. In his new capacity, he will oversee all culinary aspects of Wooloomooloo Group Singapore’s food offerings at both Wooloomooloo Steakhouse and The Chop House. In line with the overall brand style of the Group, he will also take on a contemporary context to classic grill flavours.
