13% Gastro Wine Bar is the brainchild of wine connoisseur Bruno Vaillant and award-winning chef Geoffrey Weckx, who share the common vision of creating a unique place for wine lovers who enjoy gourmet food in a comfortable environment.
After 25 years of experience in wine and gastronomy, Bruno and Geoffrey met in Singapore and decided to open a wine bar with curated wines from their favourite vineyards, together with a simple menu of imported cheeses and comfort food made from fresh quality produce. It is about exploring, tasting and enjoyment - for wine connoisseurs and novice tasters alike.We offer sharing portions of delectable modern European dishes with an extensive selection of wines from many regions around the world. The experience is personal and authentic, so customers can truly take pleasure in the journey of wine tasting -- without a high price tag and without pretension -- like we have in our travels in the finest vineyards of Europe.Featuring an 8-meter mosaic bar, a private wine room and a special Iberico and cheese counter, 13% Gastro Wine Bar is open from Mondays to Saturdays from 5 pm onwards. Wines are available by the glass, bottle or on a retail basis. |
