In fact, The Disgruntled Chef lends its subtlety in fine dining at one of Singapore’s conservation building that also houses the luxury boutique hotel, The Club. Reminiscent of our original restaurant and its plantation theme, dark greens permeate the room on leather banquette and booth seats handmade in Venice. Handcrafted pieces of mirrors showcased on the walls have been individually tarnished, printed and painted on with botanical illustrations by UK fine artist, Ruth Parker.
Our 66-seater duplex restaurant discreetly tucks away the private dining room in the basement. Hand painted geometric silk wall panelling by world-renowned Fromental, and floor-to-ceiling wine library are an extension of our personality – stylish yet subtle, not loud or overly pretentious. Welcome to the same great taste and familiar company. |
