Italian fine dining is the vision of owners Matteo Trabaldo Togna and CM Shih.
Located in the heart of the city, but nestled away in an antique colonial building in Duxton Hill you will find the definitive of Italian elegance coupled with innovative Italian Cuisine. Glass doors swing open to unveil - arguably - Singapore’s most stylish Italian. On entering, the floor to ceiling wine cellar catches the eye, followed by a glass covered inner courtyard and open kitchen with louvered windows. The bar area is bedecked with designer golden hanging lamps which lead into a spacious, dimly lit main dining that opens out onto an elegant Al fresco Terrace. ALBA 1836 presents a daily A La Carte Menu, in addition to a Set Lunch at S$28 & an Executive Set Lunch at S$35. The recently created Ladies Lunch available exclusively every Tuesday at S$40 is sure to entice.
