He has worked in many Luxury hotels and resorts, last stint with Renaissance Kuala Lumpur Hotel. A very well travelled chef with training under some of the great pastry chefs in the world. He is an articulate planner, great Pastry Chef, with a strong Hand in Breads, French Pastries, modern French pastries, cake designing, displays and chocolates.
