Clifford Cheah
With 23 years of culinary experience, Executive Chef Clifford Cheah has brought with him various cooking skill from Italy, Thai, Fushion & Molecular Cuisine to this academy. He has worked with 2 Michelin Star-Chef Max Milliano at Restorante Bolognia in Singapore. During his 23 years in this field, he has launched new restaurant in Engliand, SIngapore & Malaysia. Chef Clifford is also the opening team for Park Hotel in Singapore. He is a Chef de Cuisine in Fairmont Hotel in Singapore where he takes care of 3 outlets and also a trainer for F&B Kitchen for 3 years (2009-2012). He is also in charge of 3 hotels in Resort World Singapore as Chef de Cuisine Hotel (2012-2014) before joining this academy. Clifford is a motivator, trainer & visionary who believed that with a good guidancewhen you're young, you are the next leader for the future.
