Luca Piras
Luca Piras is the resident Chef de Cuisine born in Cagliari, Capital of Sardinia. At the age of 25, he worked as the youngest Sous Chef at the Principe di Savoia, one of the most prestigious 5 star luxury hotels in Milan. Before joining Alba Restaurant he worked for iconic establishments in Italy and around the world including the Sambuco Restaurant famous (1 Star Michelin) for the best seafood in Milan and Fourth Village Restaurant in Mosman, Sydney which is famous for using farm and natural products only.
