Frantz Dumey
Frantz Dumey is the Vice President Sales & Marketing for Riedel Crystal in Asia and General Manager of the office he opened for the Group in 2009 in Singapore. He is the head of the operation across Asia for the development of the Riedel Brand in 12 markets.
Riedel Crystal is a family owned business established in 1756 and operated by Georg J. Riedel (10th generation). Riedel is recognized worldwide for designing and producing the highest quality glasses and decanters for wine and spirit enjoyment.
Wine critic Robert M. Parker Jr. of The Wine Advocate, says, “The finest glasses for both technical and hedonistic purposes are those made by Riedel. The effect of these glasses on fine wine is profound. I cannot emphasize enough what a difference they make.”
Frantz often conducts lectures on wines glasses for wines professionals or simply for wine lovers. In his previous job Frantz conducted numerous wine classes and marketing lectures related to wine.
Before joining Riedel Crystal, Frantz worked 10 year for N1 Wine & Spirit giant Diageo in Europe and Asia. In his last position with Diageo Frantz was the Regional Wine Director for Asia Pacific, where he created the business platform to import and distribute the wines of Diageo in this region.
