A new addition to the World Gourmet Summit, the Citibank Gastronomic Jam Sessions is a culinary fiesta not to be missed! Organised throughout a span of two days, both local and foreign masterchefs will be showcasing their remarkable talents and culinary expertise. Held in an auditorium for 300, you can expect non-stop activities like The Affair of Indulgence: Food & cocktails, The proximity cuisine: Scandinavian flavours and The Pantry of the Future: The Amazon!

*9.30am to 10.15am | Pang Kok Keong and the Singapore Pastry Team
The Singapore pastry team has had a good past year as they were place 7th at the World Pastry Cup in Lyon, France. Headed by owner of Sugar Daddy Group and noted pastry chef in Singapore, Pang Kok Keong, witness their chemistry as they showcase some of their best creations.

*10.15am to 11.00am | Vikas Khanna
Let the charm of one-Michelin-starred chef Vikas Khanna entice you as he whip up some of the most amazing Indian cuisine in his session partnered with the USA Poultry Egg & Export Council.

*11.20am to 12.05pm | Bruno Ménard
Watch the three-Michelin-starred chef in action on stage and who knows? Maybe you will get the chance to join in as well.

*12.05pm to 12.50pm | Ronny Emborg
Brought to you by Norwegian Seafood Council, one-Michelin-starred chef Ronny Emborg will work with the fresh seafood of Norway and showcase how to work with promixity cuisine.

*1.50pm to 2.35pm | Anatoly Komm
Do not miss the chance to watch the chef’s creativity come to light. From VARVARY, Anatoly Komm is the first Russian chef to be awarded a Michelin-star and he will be bringing with him to the session dishes made from deconstructive cuisine and combines it with molecular techniques.

*2.35pm to 3.20pm | Michel Sarran & Susur Lee
An emblematic figure of Toulouse gastonomy, watch how he cleverly combines tradition with innovative touche as he combines his skills with celebrity chef of My Humble House, TungLok Group, Susur Lee

*3.40pm to 4.25pm | Javier de las Muelas
