Chef Stephan Zoisl will present a white asparagus dinner to be paired with the wines of Johanninger. So enjoy as the he shares tales of his experiences and passion throughout the night. 

About Stephen Zoisl
Born in Innsbruck, Austria to a chef, executive chef Stephan Zoisl was inspired from a very young age by his parents’ passionate love for food. He began his career in the kitchen of a five-star hotel in Austria - Grand Hotel Europe, at the tender age of fifteen. He then progressed to Mathis Food Affairs atop the famed St. Moritz in Switzerland and onto Steirereck, a two-star Michelin Restaurant in Vienna. followed by Vila Joya in Portugal – yet another two-star Michelin Restaurant; and also had a training stint at The Fat Duck in UK. This ever looking forward chef, believes that learning is a lifelong journey and his search for perfection is always ongoing.
