Found within the refurbished portals of the historical National Museum lies NOVUS. At NOVUS, European cuisine takes on a modern face, where diners get to experience the tantalising and aromatic dishes by Executive Chef Stephan Zoisl. Creativity abounds not only in the kitchen but also in its interiors. A tasteful well conceptualised design of the venue with features of contemporary furniture by Paul Smith and Jasper Morrison breathe life into the grounds of the 120-year-old museum.
