Captivated by the wonders of the culinary world in 2001, Chef James "Jimi" Tegerdine honed his skills among others at The Relais De Coche, a fine dining restaurant in the South of France. Though he built his foundation in classic "old-world" cuisine, with his passion and creativity, he was offered the position of executive chef in 2008 at the Melbourne-based restaurant, Cho Gao, where his European and Asian culinary skills came together.  Now, the 29 year old has taken up a new challenge as the executive chef at LeVeL33 here in Singapore, giving a modern interpretation of classic European finesse. He also enjoys nurturing young talents who share the same passion.
