At the helm of My Humble House is Chef Ken Ling who oversees the entire kitchen’s culinary operations. The jovial chef has a passion for both modern and traditional Chinese cuisines, constantly looking for new ways to bring his creations to the next level. Chef Ling strongly believes in the freshest and finest ingredients, which he presents in the best way possible to offer the best in taste and quality. Celebrities and leaders who have experienced his creations include Singapore’s President S R Nathan, former president of the United States - George W Bush, international action star – Jackie Chan, king of comedy – Stephen Chow and famous Chinese film star – Gong Li.
