An Italian culinary icon through and through, masterchef Pietro D’Agostino is just a natural talent at what he does. He has cooked for figures such as the British monarchs and the Sultan of Brunei. A true Sicilian at heart, he uses only the freshest of Italian produce to invoke memories of his childhood in his dishes. And through his vision of cooking as an art, he aims to enhance the flavour and testing of raw materials of the Italian seasonality and quality of products; creating what can be described as a ‘great harmony of flavours’ with every bite. His proudly Sicilian restaurant, La Capinera has since earned a Michelin-star.
