The echelon of St-Emilion producers, Château Le Tertre Rôteboeuf sits on a 5.7-hectare vineyard, which produces only about 2,000 cases a year. The grapes are harvested by hand, and consist of 80 and 20 percent Merlot and Cabernet Franc respectively. Characteristic of Le Tertre Rôteboeuf is its rich perfume and deliciously smooth texture.
