Established since 1921, Juvé Y Camps produces some of the most famous Cavas in Spain. Their Cavas are always a highlight during royal state banquets. Located in Penedès, the vineyard grows the three indigenous grape varieties Parellada, Macabeo and Xarel-lo used to make Cava. The winery believes in using only the most traditional practices such as the secondary fermentation in the bottle used by Champagne producers.
