For nearly three decades, Melina Yong is well-known for her lavish wine dinners and also not forgetting the fact that she had cooked for some of the most respected luminaries in the food and wine industries. She has also cooked at many wineries; among them are Château Cos d’Estournel, Château Figeac and Domaine Romanee Conti. Moreover, she also spent three weeks as the visiting chef for the one-Michelin-starred Le Montrachet in Puligny. She trained at London’s prestigious Leiths School of Food and Wine.
