Originally from Hong Kong and one who has nearly three decades of experience in Cantonese cuisine, Chef Li Ngai Mun is today the senior executive chef of Tung Lok Group of Restaurants while at the same time, he also oversees the culinary operations of the group’s latest venture, Tung Lok Classics. Through the years, his dedication and strive towards excellence has won him numerous accolades and recognitions, from the 2008 Excellent Service Award to the AsiaOne People’s Choice Award. Producing premium quality cuisine has always been his goal and it’s not a surprise that under his culinary guidance, both the Tung Lok Classics and Tung Lok Signatures brands are two of the most promising of the group.
