One who always has a positive outlook in everything he does, Chef Daniel Sia of The White Rabbit is always optimistic even in the direst of situations. Take for example his stint at a certain culinary reality show on local television last year. Even though he was criticised by the judges for ruining the chicken rice, he took it all in stride and happily made fun of his failure. Now that attitude most certainly represents the old adage that there’s always a light at the end of the tunnel.
