Coming from a family of chefs, Chef Carmine Esposito got the first taste of his culinary endeavour when he was taught how to make pizzas at the age of eight. From the Italian region of Trieste, ever since that fateful day, Chef Esposito has travelled the world and amassed an amazing 20 years of culinary experience from some of the world’s best Italian restaurants. With an emphasis on authentic Italian cuisine and the art of making traditional-styled pizzas, he is one chef who remains true to his culinary heritage, something that he has always been proud of. At the same time, he will constantly inject modern touches to his cuisine, all for the purpose of culinary innovation.
