From the Sichuan province of China, Chef Zeng Feng has been honing his culinary skills ever since he started work in the kitchen about 25 years ago. Having travelled across China and South East Asia, he is known for his culinary expertise in Sichuan cuisine. He is recognised as a national advanced grade masterchef in his home country and it’s no wonder that he has been the executive chef of Si Chuan Dou Hua Restaurant for more than a decade now. Throughout his illustrious career, Chef Zeng has garnered multiple accolades – gold and silver medals at the China Cooking Competition, gold medals at both the China National Technical Expert Award and World Golden Kitchen – and this is a true testament of his ambition.
