With over 25 years of culinary experience amassed from gourmet cities in the region including Hong Kong, Shanghai, Chengdu and Beijing, Chef Yim Yiu Wing has carved a flourishing career for himself in the world of Cantonese cuisine. Since his participation in the pre-opening team of The China Club Singapore in 2000, Chef Yim has been an integral force for the excellence of the fine Cantonese cuisine served at the club.
