An accumulation of invaluable experience from various Michelin-starred restaurants, including Die Ulrichshoehe and Becher Restaurant in his native country Germany, mark the highlight of Chef Frank Kilian’s culinary career. It did not take long till he was head-hunted by the owner of Sydney’s acclaimed Pier Restaurant where he joined the ranks as senior sous chef. Chef Kilian now helms the kitchen at Pontini, where he continues to enchant guests with a timeless yet modern Italian menu with simple, wholesome flavours and a generous use of seasonal ingredients.
