A proud recipient of the ‘New Zealand Chef of the Year’ award and the ‘National New Zealand Tourism Award’, Chef Jason Dell is a veteran in the culinary scene who is now leading The Society Group as the corporate executive chef. Crisp, clean flavours and strong visual elements are the characteristics of his cuisine, which combines Pan-Asian, Californian and Mediterranean influences with classical cooking techniques. The talented chef has also authored Savvy in 2007, which features a collection of delectable recipes set against the backdrop of the beautiful Queenstown and he is currently planning to pen another cookbook centred on his cooking in Singapore.
