So, it’s no wonder that the culinary maestro of Garibaldi Italian Restaurant & Bar, Chef Roberto Galetti, has come up with a feature activity that pays tribute to his mother. Aptly titled, Chef Galetti will prepare dishes his mother used to cook for him and what’s more, he will be flying in the woman behind these dishes especially for this event.
