Young and talented, Dennis Sim, the executive chef of Zambuca Italian Restaurant & Bar, is an up and rising star in the gastronomic scene. Sim worked part-time at Michelangelo’s restaurant for three years upon graduating from SHATEC in 1997. This has given him an opportunity to learn from Angelo Sanelli himself, a great start into the culinary arena. With his innate leadership qualities and initiative, Sim was given a free rein in exploring the culinary field, and began to create new dishes himself.
