Chef Kapoor is also the author of best selling cookbooks, with more than 150 titles to his name, and in 2012 ‘The Yellow Chilli Cookbook’ was awarded the Best International Cookbook at the 2012 International Book Awards and as ‘Best Indian Cuisine Book’ and ‘Best Chef Cookbook’ in Gourmand World Cookbook Awards 2012.
