Founding chairman, Desmond Lim passion for fine wines stemmed from his love for his grandmother’s cooking. After touring the region of Bordeaux, he opened Vinum and today, they have attained an excellent yearly allocation of all high end classified growths and top labels from well-established producers. Knowing its market has always been Vinum’s forte and other than agency wines, they have also traditionally had a large stock of chateaux second labels, which offer a more affordable option to the Grand Vin, but with a consistency in quality.
