Founded in 2010 by Olivier Bendel, Déliciae Hospitality Management has become within a short span of time one of the major actors of the Hospitality and F&B industry in Asia. The group burst onto the Singaporean F&B scene last year when they developed and rolled out 5 restaurant concepts: L’Entrecote, Sabio, 83, Forlino and Le Petit Cancale. The piece de resistance for the Déliciae group is the collaboration with Bruno Ménard – the first three-Michelin-starred chef to be permanently based in Singapore – starting from January 2012. Together with Chef Ménard, Déliciae Hospitality Management plans to develop more concepts – ranging from casual to fine dining – that will enhance an already well-established F&B landscape in Singapore.
