Sunset Cocktails At 1-Altitude

Relive the magic of the iconic World Gourmet Summit’s ‘Mixing with Stars’ Sunset Cocktails at 1-Altitude with an innovative and unique new experience under the stars. A selection of Singapore’s top Miele Guide chefs will present their interpretations of recognisable local dishes ‘live’ in a purpose-built Miele kitchen, while visiting celebrity and master chefs participating in this year’s World Gourmet Summit will sample a unique slice of Singapore culinary style. The food will be accompanied by speciality cocktails with Singaporean flavours concocted by renowned Belvedere international mixologist, Garth Foster, against a spectacular back drop in the heart of the city.

Jazz artists, Rob Collins and Beverly Morata will lend their smooth voices to entertain guests for the evening; while DJ Funkman hits the decks to get the party started till late.
