Viña Almaviva Wine Dinner Presented By Michel Friou Featuring Cuisine Of Sam Leong

Join us for a night of drinking and dining at Forest featuring only the finest of wines with an epicurean feast specially tailored to go together. So bring some friends along and we promise a gastronomic night to remember. The cuisine of celebrity chef Sam Leong will be paired with wines of Almaviva. 

In 1997, the Chairman of the Advisory Board of Baron Philippe de Rothschild SA, and that of Viña Concha y Toro S.A., sealed a partnership agreement with a view to create an exceptional Franco-Chilean wine called Almaviva. Its launch was a major milestone in the development of Chilean wines, both in Chile itself and in the international market. 

About Chef Sam Leong
With an impressive list of awards and accolades Chef Leong is to the Singapore’s Asian dining scene what Chef Ferran Adrià is to molecular gastronomy. Chef Leong’s illustrious culinary career started when he worked alongside his father, where he learnt all the essential skills and techniques. During the time under his father’s guidance, he developed a dedicated commitment in ensuring his work truly represents all that he stands for – exceptional quality and remarkable taste. Until today, the skills, techniques and commitment instilled in him is still very evident. It appears that there is no stopping Chef Leong – everyday is a new day to him as he continues to impress us.
