For several decades, oosh Executive Chef Andy Lau grew up emulating the footsteps of his uncle, a renowned executive chef of a five-star hotel in Malaysia. His skills were further developed through the years while working with several accomplished chefs such as Daniel Koh, Jimmy Chok and Steve Hansen. Andy’s cooking style, which is European inspired, always emphasizes the use of fresh and healthy local ingredients that make it simply irresistible. The joy and passion he puts into his cooking touches every dish that comes out of his kitchen.
