Creator of the menu, French Chef Philippe Nouzillat is intent on keeping his cuisine authentic. Offering fresh and simple dishes of France’s everyday cuisine, he exudes a classical style of cooking.
Nouzillat will transport guests to Paris as he serves up a menu of authentic French food coupled with fine wines. The seven-course dinner, together with a live jazz performance will ensure guests have an enjoyable night at Brasserie WOLF.
