Hayashi
An exceptional talent in the culinary arts and passionate in
his profession, Hayashi or known to many as Toshi, is the man
behind one of Singapore's hottest waterfront restaurants, Restaurant
360.
Young rising star chef, Hayashi graduated from Tokyo's Musashino
Cooking College and has since cultivated his skills at various
renowned restaurants around the world. His prior experience includes
The Sheraton Grande Tokyo Bay Hotel, Le Kiosk Restaurant in Sydney,
The Treasury Restaurant of Hotel Inter-Continental in Sydney where
he was guided by culinary genius Tony Bilson, Le Moulin de Mougins
in France and La Gavrouche in UK.
It was his
short stint at Château Taillevent, Robuchon Restaurant,
where he met Masterchef Harunobu Inukai and a long-standing friendship
was forged. Currently, Hayashi is responsible for the delectable
cuisine served at Restaurant 360 that features his distinctive
Japanese influenced French style.
