For almost 30 years, Singh was trained and has explored his creativity
and skills at the prestigious Taj Mahal Hotel in Mumbai. The highly
talented chef, has represented the Taj Mahal Hotel in several
gourmet festivals around the world. His involvements include Indian
Food Festivals at the Meridien Hotel in Singapore, at St. James
Court in London and Flughafen Restaurant in Switzerland.
At Rang Mahal,
Singh aspires to inculcate authenticity with modern flavours into
North Indian delicacies. Considered as one of the best Indian
restaurants in Singapore, Rang Mahal exudes a modern exotic ambience
featuring granite works from renowned sculptor Satish Gujral and
paintings by M.F. Hussain.
