Catch Chef André Magalhães, chef/owner of Taberna da Rua das Flores, as he collaborates with Chef Tiago Martins of TUGA Singapore to bring his take on Portuguese food. See a strong focus on local seasonal products that translates to a more modern interpretation of Portuguese cuisine, paired with wines and port from Portugal like the Quinta do Crasto wines.
These are all exceptional wines that have pedigree and great vintage, thanks to the knowledge and guardianship of the family that runs these vineyards. The Roquette family has overseen the exceptional Quinta do Crasto brand for over three centuries. Since 1615, this traditional dedication to excellence has been handed down from one generation to the next. Today, Quinta do Crasto is a property of 135 hectares of land in the heart of the Douro region, with vineyards mostly planted on terraces carved from schist rock that allows the roots to penetrate deep in search of water.
