The Celebration of Vegetables showcases 18 expressions at the table, utilising 25 different vegetables and fruits, all of which from exceptional farms of Provence. Each expression highlights multiple textures of a single vegetable (at times 6 different textures) to demonstrate the versatility of the vegetables and their impactful flavours.
