Poisson (pwa·son) means fish in French and as the name suggests, we are a French-inspired Seafood Restaurant. Located in the Bukit Pasoh Conservation Area, Poisson is immersed in an area that traditionally houses Chinese clans and Ee Hoe Hean, a Hokkien millionaire club founded in 1895. Poisson sits on a conserved island plot alongside Clos Pasoh and is diagonally opposite to Zén.
