Sandra Sim is a self-taught chef, with a deep appreciation and expertise in modern Chinese and Shanghainese cuisine. She has 16 years of F&B leadership experience. Previously, Sandra was the co-founder and CEO of Sum Yi Tai and was overseeing food design and kitchen operations. Before returning to Singapore in 2013, Sandra spent 6 years in Shanghai owning and managing several F&B establishments
With penchant for cooking, design and branding, Sandra is now managing her own F&B brands Ladyboss Dining Club, which features innovative Chinese fine private dining, and Ladyboss Chicken, a popular online soy sauce chicken business, based on her family heritage recipe.
