With almost 30 years of working experience overseas in Europe and Asia, and being a part of one of the world’s hospitality leaders - Four Seasons from 1996 to 2012, rising to ranks of a senior position, Chef Mehmet has added new dimensions to the culinary art. With his understanding and appreciation for the management style, cuisines, and diverse cultural backgrounds, he brought a cutting-edge on sensibility and unwavering commitment to quality while providing guest satisfaction.
