A culinary veteran with more than 25 years of experience under his belt, Chef Joseph Loh has been appointed as Head Chef to oversee Elfuego® by COLLIN’S® culinary operations.
Known for having a keen eye for detail, especially in the plating of dishes, Chef Loh was most recently Head Chef at COLLIN’S® Cambodia. Tapping into his previous culinary stints in Tower Club, Etoile Japanese French Restaurant and Orgo Bar & Restaurant, Chef Loh aims to enhance the dining experience at Elfuego® by COLLIN’S® with an upcoming new menu. The award-winning restaurant’s menu of Halal-certified European cuisine is widely popular among diners.
Highlights of Chef Loh’s career include having been part of the pre-opening team at Restaurant Andre, where he was Executive Chef, and at the Les Amis Group in the capacity of Demi Chef.
