Restaurant JAG is a 1 Michelin star french fine dining restaurant with a “No Menu” approach. The meal experience is built around the diner’s dietary inclinations using the seasons produce. The cuisine at JAG revolves heavily around wild-forgaed Savoie herbs. Vegetables of the season take centre stage here.
The dining room at JAG is an intimate space with just 7 tables and a capacity of 26 guests.
