Honing his culinary chops in Italian cuisine at Waterfall Ristorante Italiano since 2016, Chef Leslie Lim has risen through the ranks and fronts the kitchen at the restaurant today. 

He began his career in Shangri-La Rasa Sayang Resort and Spa, gaining precious experience in the western kitchens of various hotels before finding his passion in Italian cuisine, which celebrates the use of quality produce with robust flavours.

Drawing inspiration from chef-restaurateur Massimo Bottura for his creative culinary creations and passion for giving back to the community, Chef Leslie prides himself on presenting guests with warm hospitality through comfort Italian dishes that feel like a big hug on a plate.
