He has been with the Roca brothers at the three Michelin star El Celler de Can Roca,twice winner of the Greatest Restaurant in the World title; with Heston Blumenthal, at his two Michelin star restaurant, Dinner, which is on The World’s 50 Best Restaurants list; with Marcus Wareing at the two Michelin star Berkeley Hotel in London; with Daniel Boulud at the Michelin star Café Boulud in New York; with Anthony Demetre, at Wild Honey; and at Notting Hill’s famous two Michelin star restaurant The Ledbury.
